Okay, how about a game freezing in the middle of loading on my PS2? It wasn't loading saves either, but backgrounds and people. I tried cleaning the inside and the disk (which is scratch free), but it happened again. Any ideas?

No, it just freezes when loading the level. It really annoys me. Especially since I was getting such a good headshot count and a bunch of frenzy medals in Star Wars.

Well, thats the thing. I've loaded that level afterwards (having turned off the console) and it worked just fine. It keeps freezing on random levels.

Then your disc reader is failing. Simple as that. Is the system new?

Kinda. got it last year. The problem is, it reads all the other disc I've got just fine; even my Playstation ones. That's what gets me. Especially with the latest controller messing up and then working perfectly later on.

And here pops up another problem in the middle of all these other ones. I played that game for about five hours one night on my new PS2 I just got, and it worked without a hitch. It really is confusing me with the way all these pieces to the puzzle aren't fitting in right.

which is not much. I wonder if it will work on our new Vista, though.
We's gots four normal computers. One's 95, ones XP home edition, ones XP office edition from my dads work, and the last one is Vista. 95 only plays old games, Home XP doesn't have the processor speed or RAM of the Office XP, the Office XP doesn't have the viceo card of the Home XP, and I don't know whether we own the Vista or not. The Vista has double what the Home XP has, though. I wish Playstations were like that, able to have parts removed, replaced, and checked without som much of a hassle.

Yeah. I just hope it works for Sims 2, cause I wanna play it and be able to use expansions. I also hope we own it, cause having for different computers to toy with is fun, even if one is screwy Vista and anothers from when I was born. Smile

I love seeing how I can get past the issues and do things you supposedly can't. Not to brag, but I can do things with Winword 97 you should only be able to do with one of the other Office Programs to make posters, collouges. and brochuers. Its fun. Smile
