I don't sound serious, but I pretty much am by now. You guys will stay together. Just keep thinking about each other every day, write letters to each other, and even though everyone says long term relationships don't turn out well that's because all of those people are old and didn't feel about someone the way you guys do when they were young. I bet that you guys will pull out of this fine, maybe even closer than before.
